If you would like to discuss a project, please include a brief description, approximate dimensions, and any material and finishing preferences you may have. If you don’t have these don’t worry, our professional Designers will work with you to develop your vision.

What to expect:
1. Initial Consultation
We offer a no-charge consultation to discuss your project and provide a price estimate under no obligation. We invite you to take advantage of our years of experience to explore the possibilities for your space.
2. Custom Design
Once we have all the necessary information, we can provide a formal proposal with detailed costs and a timetable. If you are ready to move ahead with the project, we request that you sign a contract with us and make a deposit to assure a date in our installation calendar. We then schedule a follow-up appointment for a check measure of the area and begin creating your unique design.
3. Build
We present 3D rendered drawings with elevation and plan view. The drawings show all materials, hardware and notes. When you have approved the final design, your job will be transferred to our drafting and production department. One week prior to your installation, we require a 2nd payment towards the construction of your project, including ordering materials. We craft your piece(s) in our Balcatta studio.
4. Delivery & Installation
The majority of construction takes place in our studio; this minimises the amount of time for installations so that there is as little disruption to your home as possible. All installation is done by our own experienced team who are highly trained to make sure installation is done precisely.
